How to delete your account

1. In the ReadyBoard mobile app: open the Profile tab, tap Delete Account, and confirm.
2. On the web: sign in, then use the button at the bottom of this page.
3. By email: write to support@readyboard.ai from the email address on your account (or include your phone number) with the subject "Delete my account". We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Immediately when you delete your account:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
• Your notification token, notifications, and daily briefings
• Your access to every project (memberships and area assignments)
• Your ability to sign in

What is kept

Field reports, delay records, checklist updates, photos, and formal documents (NOD/REA) you submitted to a project are part of that project's shared record, which the general contractor and other trades rely on and may need for legal and contractual purposes. They are kept for the life of the project and a reasonable period afterward, but are no longer linked to your name or contact details. See our Privacy Policy.
